Last weekend was fun!
It included participating in a phenomenal Psychic Fair in Lake Norman on Saturday and a teaching a class on Sunday.
Both events were great, but I have to say, last Monday I felt like a penny waiting for change.
Why?
Well, using so much “psychic energy” is exhausting. (Teaching, on the other hand, gives me energy.)
Because I often get zapped energetically after doing a fair, I generally don’t do a lot of them, but I do host The Traveling Psychic Fair once a year for my Mastery Students.
This year, I decided to do something crazy….I increased my 15 minute reading rate from $25 to $60. My intent was simple: Let my students get the clients.
Well, I have to say, that “something crazy” will be my “new normal.” See, I didn’t think people would find value in the “15 for $60” model – but they did.
And because reading 15 people back to back is fun – but exhausting, you may as well have an equitable energy exchange.
Many people think that being the “underdog of price” means winning. It doesn’t.
But we do it because of a “limitation thought model”, that many of us in this space seem to subscribe to.
It’s this very thought model that allows us to attract clients who want to “piece meal pay” you, too.
I’ll cover this is a topic in my April Enlightened Business & Marketing Retreat. Limiting Beliefs is the biggest opportunity I see in this Healing/Intuitive Community.
