The Love & Light Fraud

We all have our dark side – our shadow self that we keep hidden- often even from ourselves.

For many – that dark side is simply part of their existence, and it is out there for all the world to see (thank you!)

But there are many people in spiritual communities who “present” themselves as “love and light” – positioning themselves as conduits for angelic messages or even messages from your own spirit.

Be wary of these folks. They are far more dangerous than a gun-toting, MAGA hat-wearing racist.

When their jealousy, anger, fear, and resentment reveal themselves, the “mask” they wear for the world is in stark contrast to how they feel about themselves and often – YOU and its expression can sometimes be diverted to an unlikely (and often unwarranted) target.

Think of it like this: You know those little things that bothered you about a partner/spouse – that built up and exploded over burnt toast, or a toothpaste cap being left unscrewed.

Personally, I have found that the more successful I became, the more “shade” I got from some people in the spiritual community. Those that touted the “love and light schpeel” showed “love” when I was going through hard times and talked the most shit when I got back on my feet!

I also realized the more in touch I got with my own dark side, the more personal power I wielded. Unfortunately, this power develops by moving through some pretty tough life experiences – but it is honed by facing it (and most importantly), not pretending it doesn’t exist.

See,we all have a dark side, but our light is stronger in contrast.

That said, what you resist, persists. What you bring into light, releases you.

Yes – there is a reason I have a mouth like a sailor! It is a good thing to bring your shadow into the light so that you do not become a slave to your own dark emotions. AND as a Witch, you can channel these darker emotions wisely.

And HEAR THIS: By perpetuating the “love and light fraud,” you are more susceptible to catching dark energies being cast your way. Just because you don’t recognize your dark, it doesn’t mean it’s not there!

In quantum energetic terms, this is due to resonance.

“Curses,” “Hexes,” and “The Evil Eye” are energy “swords” pointed in your direction.

What is the difference between A “Curse” & a “Hex”?

A curse is an energetic binding established over a group of people. Cursing actively sends destruction or misfortune to someone – which influences a group of those in their sphere of influence. So – even if a curse is directed at an individual, it will influence many people – in fact, it could influence you!

Curses can also be passed down in families and can create negative patterns – which can influence the health, finances, relationships, etc., of a lineage.

A hex is more singular – limiting you or someone else in a very specific way. A hex (or binding) is a means of stopping someone by energetically restraining them from an action or behavior. People often cast spells to have control over someone or hinder them from success.

So – when it comes to using your shadow power against someone – ask yourself, “what will the ripple effect be?

For every cause, there is an effect. Do you really want to harm innocent people?

Is there any other way you can accomplish your goal?

Also, consider this: How will this affect you? Sometimes things like this can affect you in strange, surprising, and unwanted ways.

Owning the power that comes with your shadow is a huge responsibility that separates the novice from the expert.

That said – knowing how to deal with unjust situations and how to defend yourself is paramount.

Here’s the thing: Our world is not “just.” Between government corruption, pedophile priests, and corrupt cops, we can easily find ourselves on the shitty end of the stick.

It is important to know when and how to step outside society’s conventional box to Magickly and wisely stand up for yourself.
