Not too long ago, (and I honestly can tell you, I have no idea when or what I was doing) – I suddenly had the worst headache, EVER.) And what I CAN remember is that Sun-son was with me.
Concerned..he simply put his hands over my head and (intuitively) moved his hands around my head.
Shortly after, he removed his hands, we started talking about something else and then within moments, I noticed my headache was gone.
The next time this happened, I can remember where and when.
About 3 weeks ago I went to bed early (same type of headache), and again, he placed his hands over my head, moved his hands around , then changed the subject.
What a lesson!
As an Futurist, Holistic Intuitive and Mentor I am in “continuous observation” (learning) mode.
Now, as I am about to offer a new program (in August) and just learned a valuable lesson myself.
With regards to “healing”, there are 3 real components:
1. Allow: Allowing for the healing to take place. (In short, “showing up”)
2. Surrender: Open yourself to receive healing. (Yes, many folks show up, and then expect the healing to “happen” or be “done to them”)
3. Trust: Demonstrate trust by assuming the healing is taking place, and placing your attention somewhere else.
In a nutshell, most of healing, is allowing.
And there are other components too.
It may come naturally to some (like Sun-son), while others (like me) learn by doing.
