And just when you think you’ve discovered it, it unfolds into a deeper more meaningful purpose.
After presenting at SHiFT Charlotte last month, an audience participant, who after sitting through my presentation on “4-Way Healing”, asked how I could explain my experience with cancer. Like me, she was a cancer survivor and assumed she was “at fault” somehow, for having been diagnosed with it.
Let me re-wind: When I first started out on my spiritual path, I thought my purpose was to do readings. Then energy work. Then teaching …Now a store…..who knows what’s next?
I’ve learned to stay open to what unfolds – “good” or “bad”.
How do you know what your purpose is?
You don’t…but you do know that it excites you. You also know what your opportunities are.
We may dream of what we “could be” or what we “want to be”, not remembering that we are already that…and more.
Sometimes we choose to stop being a “certain way”. We forget that we can’t stop what is eternal. As forever beings, that “certain way” that we want to toss, is a core part of what and who we are …and what makes us unique and special.
I often refer to “4-Way Healing” – 4 approaches to “wholeness”. One modality is referred to as The Divine Pathway. On it, we accomplish a level of recognition of the wholeness already present and often unrecognized.
Working through the Divine inside and outside of ourselves—we know ourselves as centered with the Creator and can use any loving means to achieve an end – like accessing guidance, manifesting and living our purpose.
The key is to ask for evidence of what you’ve already received, then be willing to receive it.
Also, be willing to:
- Be imperfect.
- Make mistakes.
- Accept your Divinity in the midst of your humanity.
- Live with no regrets.
- Release expectations of the “how”.
- Accept that there are “whys”.
- Return to the state of childlike wonder and accept the wonders as they unfold.
As we allow Divine learning, we stop trying to fix everything. We know it as already whole. We simply ask if THIS is the space-time for the appearance of wholeness or not.
We change, and as we change, others change.
There are only two requirements to allowing an expansion of wholeness. They are:
- The ability to accept Divine love.
- Surrender your personal solution to the Divine solution for your perceived need.
Here, all healing and access to revelation begins and ends with your relationship with the god in YOU.
