What you need:
- White Sage
- Rose Quartz
- Your (favorite) mug
- Rose Petals
- Local Honey
- A list of your top 10 things you love about you.
- 15 minutes of undistracted time.
Step 1. Sit with your cleansed rose quartz, communicating your intention of self-love.
Step 2. Place the stone and local honey in your mug.
Step 3. Steep your rose petals in water for 15 minutes.
Step 4. Pour the petals in your mug and with each sip, swallow something from your Top 10 List.
Step 5. If your tea takes more than 10 sips to complete, with each extra sip think of what else you love about you.
