We all know that meditation is key to developing areas of the brain that strengthen our intuition, imagination, ability to create, and connection to the universe.
And not all of us take time for this daily practice.
FACT: Albert Einstein struggled in elementary school. In fact, today, he would be labeled with ADD. See, Einstein was more of a right-brained thinker. He wasn’t “taught” his revelations. He received insights and epiphanies by tapping into his subconscious mind during his meditations.
Einstein knew that the left brain was responsible for logic, rational, details/parts, and compartmentalization. He also knew that the right brain was responsible for intuition, imagination, and big picture thinking.

From the day we are born we’re introduced to (and rewarded for) 95% left-brain work. Most of us slowly disconnect from our intuition and lower our consciousness without ever testing or understanding our true power.
Like any muscle, the brain needs to be exercised in order to become stronger. If you only exercise one part of your brain, then only that part will grow stronger. The other parts atrophy.
Yet, it’s the right side of our brain is where most of our power lies. It’s where our subconscious reigns and the place of all wisdom. It is the part of the mind that yields power over our physical body and our physical world.
Truth: Our outer world is a reflection of our inner world.
With meditation, you exercise your most valuable asset: Your MIND. Inner well-being reflects around you.

Meditation as a daily practice will help you access and develop your natural powerful abilities. This aspect of you makes up your most authentic self…how you think, what you believe, and how you behave… at your core.
