Before your course, I felt lost and a bit down. I wanted to avoid all that comes with aging. I just retired, I’ll be a grandmother in September and I am stressed out because I don’t know how to feel. Someone said that I am embarking on the last two endeavors of life: grandparenting – then death. I am having a hard time accepting it. I struggle with where I fit and how to be important to those in my life . I am grateful to have this group and sessions to listen to, gather new ideas and at least face this stage of my life. ~ Mel M.
