Today – as you read this, I am having surgery.
When I wrote this last week, I had a realization I wanted to share with you.
As we move through life, we move through an ocean of energetic frequencies. Some of these frequencies can be seen and felt.
Others cannot.
When you consciously live through your heart, you can connect to a great network of beings that resonate in the higher frequencies of “divine love” – while giving and receiving love.
Through your heart you can receive information and guidance from the available loving frequencies that fill our universe – again, seen & unseen.
Learning to open your heart to receiving these “transmissions”, especially today, with the opening of the “Lion’s Gate” – allows an increase in your ability to work with “group-consciousness” in a loving way.
Acting from your heart allows you to affect humanity – influencing the “higher-frequency-collective”, rather than allowing the “lower-frequency-collective” to overwhelm you. (Think of those who argue over politics, eager to “convince” another of their point, as opposed to those who calmly hold space for peace.)
Working with “group-energy” is a huge leap on a spiritual path, one that comes with great risk and also great reward when it comes to living your destiny.
The risk with working with group energy egoically – (through the mind) is that you can use “logic” for any argument. This leads to confusion.
The reward of working with group energy through the heart, is ease. It either resonates or it doesn’t – regardless of logic.
Your heart is the key place to choose to work from, but we have to choose it every day, which can be hard in today’s world.
As you sit with me now, I am literally in an altered state, trusting my healing team, both seen and unseen who are working on not just my breast, but the many layers and dimensions of my heart chakra.
When placing your time and attention to a consciousness that loves you unconditionally, you (& your heart) feel safe, loved and you “know” the “rightness’ of the group or cause you are placing your attention…whether that group exists on the Earthly Plane or in a Spiritual Dimension.
When your heart feels light, uplifted, expanded, and nourished, THAT is EMPOWERMENT. From here, you are being served and can live your destiny in service to those around you.
When you feel drained, confused, or overwhelmed – that too is a signal from your heart. Simply put, it means “Step back.” “Wait.”
Moving through this recent cancer journey invited me back into the “energy frequency” of the Carolina Healthcare Systems and the Levine Cancer “metropolis.”
The residue of last year’s cancer related losses, still cling to me, as well as fear, shame and guilt. 2 weeks ago, I woke up feeling drained.
I realized that I was on information overload, and needed to step back, and “go in”.
The “retreat” allowed me to re-decide my plan of action, a plan that, simply put, feels right.
After receiving overwhelming support from our community, I am calling August “Appreciation Month” – and reinstating the early bird rate for Lumin8 Charlotte.
