Every personal healing process will support basic life needs; including environment, breathing, water, touch, and exercise.
Here are a few tips than can help you clear out old energy and make space for new beginnings:
Environment: Make sure your home, car, clothing and office space represents your true self.
Breath: The fact that “breath” translates to “spirit” in Latin, Hebrew and Greek should give us a tip that they are connected. Remember – the element of air is great to use in cleansing, so whether you are breathing in Spirit or exhaling the energies that don’t suit you, breath is an important component to healing.
Also – keep in mind that our environments can often be riddled with toxicity (like smoke, paint, carpets, & microwaves) – so physical conditions play a huge part in our health.
Water: As the late Dr. Emoto proved, water is a crystalline structure which can be programmed – just like crystals can. Pray or program your water to take in the properties needed – or wash out the energies that are toxic.
Touch: Touch is extremely powerful – particularly for those who have first chakra issues (and have what I call “womb wounding”). When touch needs are not met, it can lead to money problems, addictions, illness, and promiscuity among other emotional issues.
Suggested Solutions: Love yourself (lotions, oils rubbed on and wearing soft clothing are a couple of simple, effective and healthy ways to get that “loving sensation”)
Movement: Moving changes the spin of your energy organs, physical organs and supports you at a cellular level.
Walking aligns the chakras and establishes rhythm between the in body and out of body chakras. It helps integrate the physical with the spiritual.
Yoga helps access the higher chakras to balance the lower chakras.
Weight Lifting offers empowerment to all chakras, allowing the out of body chakras to integrate into the body.
Food: Our bodies were designed to be fueled by food. Unfortunately, the food eaten today takes a lot of energy to digest, causing health issues, emotional issues and more.
Quick Tip: Avoid gluten and sugar – which take so much time to energetically digest, we are exhausted and still hungry.
