I received a lot of feedback regarding last Sunday’s newsletter…Thank you!
I would like to go deeper on the subject of your souls “to do” list.
I don’t know about you, but throughout my life, I believed that this list was “finite” and that I would become a “finished product” (Healthy. Rich. Loved. Smart.)
The reality is that my “to do list” is an endless journey of personal growth and discovery. The more I discover (and the greater my growth), the more I realize what is yet to be realized and achieved.
My ex-husband, Paul (one of my BFF’s) used to “accuse” me of being “overly optimistic”. And most of the time, I am. In my life (and work) I have found 2 simple truths:
1. Optimism breeds success.
2. Pessimism destroys it.
That said, believe it or not, I’ve had a rough year. I fell in a pessimistic pit.
I was in my own spiritual boot-camp, learning about the strength in vulnerability and asking for help (something I’m not good at).
My (non) “house-selling adventure” has been a metaphor for a great life lesson. During it, I learned about The Magic of the 3 Surrenders
• The surrender in reaching “rock bottom”.
• The surrender in asking for help.
• The surrender in allowing Source to lead.
Over the next few newsletters, I will go through this list with exercises I think you will gain a lot from. It has helped me move away from “fear based desire for control” to “trust based guidance”.
These tools helped me a lot this year and are a glimpse of what I will be offering in my new and improved Life Lift sessions.
