I don’t know about you, but I have very few excuses these days not to do the things I would always do “if I had more time”.
Spiritual baths are one of them.
Spiritual cleansing has a positive effect on your spiritual, mental, and emotional state by removing negative energies you may have picked up. They help wash away unwanted energetic conditions and open the way for positive experiences.
If you read my newsletters, you know that I am a firm believer that magick is all about creating balance.
So – before you go for the rituals to bring in more love, money, or health, first remove obstacles in your path with a spiritual bath.
Here are a few of my favorite ideas & how it’s done:
Note: A Spiritual Bath is NOT a regular bath!
Step 1: After taking a regular shower…
Step 2: Run your first bath water and pour, salt, “Let me Be” bath or make a bath-tea from our Abre Camino and Rue herbs to add to your bath. While in the tub, talk to the water and tell it what you are ready to release.
Step 3: Your follow-up bath can include the following items (many already in your kitchen!):
- Rose Petals: For love
- Honey: (Just a drop!) Can be included in your bath to attract anything you want to attract.
- High John Water: For protection, or luck.
- Violet Water, Rose Water & Orange Blossom Water: For Love
- Cinnamon: For money
- Lemon or Lime juice (Fresh): Keeps your energy clear.
- Vanilla: Luck or Love.
While in the tub, tell the water what you are calling in.
Step 4: Get out of the tub, whisk away as much water as you can and air dry.
