13 Tips for Successful Spells

When you own a metaphysical store, no two days are the same. However, one common question we hear is, “How do I make my magick work?”

In this newsletter, I offer 13 tips to enhance your magick.

1. Petition the support of your favorite entities and ancestors.
2. Always say please & thank you. The entities you work with appreciate courtesy and respect.
3. Never mix sex and money magic (unless you are in the sex industry).
4. Approach all spells with clarity and purpose.
5. One spell at a time works best – especially for beginners.
6. Keep your magickal workspace neat.
7. Have patience in waiting for your results.
8. Never perform a spell on a lunar or solar eclipse. Historically, it is considered an unlucky time for spell casting.
9. Dispose of your remains properly. Don’t litter; recycle. If food is biodegradable, leave it under a tree.
10. Do not try to “win back” a lover when angry. Do a healing ritual first.
11. Do not perform a love-attraction spell while experiencing low self-esteem. Do a self-love spell first.
12. Work with the phases of the moon for supportive energy.
13. Remember this: “What goes around comes around.” I won’t say “harm none,” – but I suggest that you be prepared to face the consequences of your work because there will always be consequences.
